Client driving home from work on New Year’s Eve and struck by speeding driver who was under the influence of alcohol. Client had disc herniations and required low back surgery and had frozen shoulder.

Client was rear-ended by large semi-truck on freeway. Client required neck and right shoulder surgery.

Multicar Freeway collision. Our client sustained a right wrist fracture and compression fracture at T12. Client had ORIF surgery, medial branch block, and one rhizotomy at T12-L1. Allegations of significant pre-existing conditions, prior contributing injuries, and spinal condition alleged to be as a result of client’s work history of heavy manual labor.

Wrongful death case where liability was denied entirely. Ultimately, prevailed on comparative fault and obtained settlement for deserving client.

A car pulled a U-turn directly in front of our client’s vehicle causing an immediate head on collision. Client sustained neck, back, right shoulder and right knee injuries requiring cortisone injections, trigger point injections, epidurals, PRP injections, right knee arthroscopy with medial meniscal debridement and right shoulder rotator cuff repair. Highly contested causation of injuries as client had pre-existing injuries in nearly every area injured in this collision.
