Cindy Castillo

Cindy serves as the Medical Records Associate and Bookkeeper at Richard Bartlett Lawyers, where she play’s a critical role in supporting both the administrative and financial functions of the firm. With a keen eye for detail, Cindy is responsible for managing and organizing sensitive medical records for personal injury cases, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

In addition to her role in medical recordkeeping, Cindy handles the firm’s bookkeeping responsibilities, including tracking financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable. Her dual expertise in both medical records management and bookkeeping allows Cindy to contribute to the firm’s success by ensuring smooth operations and financial integrity, all while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
